Group therapy is a very effective form of therapy. Group sessions can be geared towards the treatment of specific areas of difficulty such as Postpartum Depression, anxiety and bereavement. Center for Family Guidance, PC also offers groups to help improve adaptive skills. Social Skills groups are offered to help children improve their ability to effectively interact with others. Groups for children are organized according to the age and developmental levels of the children.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
