For more than 20 years I have worked in the field of mental health in some capacity or other and always as a therapist no matter what else I was doing. I started my career working with young children and their families which was not only an honor but helped me develop the many skills I still use to this day. Currently, I work exclusively with adults 25 and older and mostly with women in midlife.<\/p>\n<p>My approach is holistic in nature meaning I work with the full mind, body, and spirit. I take traditional frameworks and add my own twist always being person centered and meeting you where you are. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, women\u2019s issues, and major life changes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being a therapist I am Certified Therapeutic Yoga and Mindset Life Coach. I have earned 500 hours as a yoga teacher, am certified as a sound healer and breathwork practitioner.<\/p>\n<p>I love learning and am consistently looking for ways to improve myself personally and professionally.<\/p>\n<p>I believe strongly in a work life balance so that I can refill my cup to better serve my clients. At home I have two amazing dogs, Randi and Eve, a husband, and now chickens.
